The purpose of the Post-Fall Huddle video is to educate and demonstrate to staff how to conduct a Post-Fall Huddle. The rationale for the video is to increase consistence use of the Post- Fall Huddle and to include the patient’s input.

VA Telehealth helps ensure Veteran patients get the right care in the right place at the right time. Synchronous, real-time or Clinical Video Telehealth uses secure video connections to link the provider and patient for the clinical appointment. How to Conduct a Telehealth Exam (3:43 minutes)
This video program is designed to help VA providers use Telehealth technologies effectively. The program includes tips for a successful and meaningful interaction with the patient and instill calm and trust even though he or she may be hundreds of miles away. What to Expect from a Telehealth Visit (2:13 minutes) In this video, patients will get a sense of what the Clinical Video Telehealth experience will be like for them.
Victory Ridge Hospice Unit Tour
