The V10/11 Tele-Nurse Triage Program is a call center that provides After-Hours Care for contracted facilities. If you receive care in VISN 1, 7, 10, 11, 19, 20 or Erie, PA we are available to take your calls when your clinic is not open. If you have a medical question or concern for a Registered Nurse, questions about your appointments or medications that cannot be managed on the automated system, we are available to serve you. You can reach the Tele-Nurse Triage line by calling your main facility after-hours and pressing the option to speak with an agent in the call center. The after hour nurses can triage any symptoms from an illness or injury and provide recommendations on care, answer questions on taking your prescribed medications, answer questions on upcoming tests or procedures, and provide general information on your medical concerns. Medical Support Assistants are available in the call center for cancellation or verification of appointments or to check the status of a medication.
