Dayton VA Medical Center, Ohio
Dayton VAMC's 2013 Community Mental Health Summit
September 11, 2013
What: The Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) will be hosting a Mental Health Summit to enhance mental health care for Veterans and their family members through collaboration between the VA and the community. Several organizations throughout the Dayton community will also be in attendance. The Dayton VAMC recognizes that meeting the needs of Veterans and their families requires collaboration and partnership between other federal agencies, and local communities. Locally-driven summits provide a well-established method to strengthen our community partnerships.
During the Mental Health Summit, the Dayton VAMC hopes to better understand the community's perspective of the Dayton VAMC's Mental Health Program, while also discussing the initiatives and goals that the Mental Health Program has implemented.
