The Dayton VAMC support Veterans as they focus on the things that mean the most to them, with the goal of completing their lives with meaning and purpose. The Dayton VA Hospice mission is to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for our Veterans to celebrate life one day at a time surrounded by family and friends. The Dayton VAMC provides their services with honor and respect for the sacrifices our Veterans deserve. The new Victory Ridge Hospice Unit will include amenities such as a spa area, a state of the art Whirlpool tub, a family room that includes aviary and aquarium, a children's play area, an outside courtyard, and a dining area for patients and their families. Victory Ridge is the first Veterans Health Administration (VHA) hospice unit to provide individual private rooms to patients. The Dayton VAMC is very excited to continue to provide Veterans with excellent care.
