Mission Statement/Description of Service
eBenefits is a one-stop shop for online benefits-related tools and information. This portal is designed for Wounded Warriors, Veterans, Service Members, their families, and their caregivers. eBenefits enables Veterans to access benefit information more efficiently using self-service tools. Veterans can access VA application forms, obtain Official Military Personnel File in about an hour, apply online for benefits, check claims status online, etc. Available forms include applications for Compensation and Pension (C&P), Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E), and VA Education Benefits. For the second stage of eBenefits application, the Veterans Benefits Counselor at Dayton VA Medical Center will provide further assistance for Veterans.
