In Person Visits:

We encourage you to walk in at your convenience. We provide open access to OEF/OIF Veterans for Case Management and discussion of available services. You may visit one of the following locations in the Medical Center.

  • "The Freedom Center", 1st floor office bldg 310, near main entrance of Patient tower.
  • The "Maroon Desk", 1st floor bldg 310, near Prime Care Clinic.

Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom Managers:

We have appointed a program manager and case manager to assist you in your transition to the Dayton VA Medical Center. Please contact William Wall, LISW, Clinical Social Worker, OEF/OIF Program Manager, at (937) 268-6511, ext. 2893, or Bonnie Tobias, MSN, RN, Nurse Case Manager, at (937) 268-6511, ext. 1638, from 8:00AM - 4:30PM.
