We encourage you to walk in at your convenience. We provide open access to OEF/OIF Veterans for Case Management and
discussion of available services. You may visit one of the the following locations in the Medical Center.
- "The Freedom Center", 1st floor office bldg 310, near main entrance of Patient tower.
- The "Maroon Desk", 1st floor bldg 310, near Prime Care Clinic.

Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom Social Work Case Manager:
We have appointed a program manager and case manager to
assist you in your transition to the Dayton VA Medical Center. Please contact Janine

8:00am
- 4:30pm.
